		Pews for Sale

	Back in the 1970´s the building where our church meets was renovated. At that time new pews were purchased. The pews have an oak finish with burgundy seats and back cushions. Overall they are in good shape, although

the fabric is a bit faded in spots and they are all in need of a deep cleaning.

Basically, the pews just don´t meet our needs. We would like to have a more versatile meeting space. We need more room for fellowship and interaction. It is our hope to make enough money from selling the pews to buy some nice multi-purpose chairs and to take the slope out of the sanctuary floor.

We are asking $7000 for all of the pews plus the cost of moving them to your location. The price is about $40 per seat (2 linear feet). New pews cost anywhere from $100 to $200 per seat.

The diagrams below shows the size and layout of our pews. The main floor of our building is slightly sloped. I don´t believe the pews have been shimmed to compensate. I believe they are the same as the pews in the prayer meeting room which has a flat floor.
